Luke Klingson is the reason we keep coming back to Burnsville VW. This is our fourth vehicle from Luke, and we just picked up a 2026 Jetta SEL to replace our lease. We started talking with him back Burnsville VW. This is our fourth vehicle from Luke, and we just picked up a 2026 Jetta SEL to replace our lease. We started talking with him back in late July, and honestly, we weren't thrilled with the VW lineup at first. Not being able to get a heated steering wheel on a Tiguan below the R-Line Turbo was a real letdown for us, and we said so. A lot of salespeople would have gotten defensive or started calling every other day. Luke did neither. He heard us out, understood the frustration, and kept helping us think it through instead of pushing us toward whatever was on the lot. Zero pressure, zero hounding. When we came back at the end of August, it was like picking up with an old friend. That's not something you can fake, and it's why we've bought from him four times now. Then there's Dylan Hutchins in finance, who is that old friend who sits you down and tells you what he's been up to. You get the life story, and somehow twenty minutes later you feel like you're at a family cookout instead of signing paperwork. The comfort level is wonderful. Even the extended service package conversation was relaxed. He walked us through what made sense for us and what honestly didn't, with zero judgment. He wasn't selling, he was helping us make the right call for our situation, not his. My wife and I both genuinely enjoy working with these two. The professionalism from both of them is outstanding. If you're shopping at Burnsville Volkswagen, ask for Luke. More
