Grant was a very helpful sales men. He was quick to email me photos of the car that he personally took because the car had just been delivered to the dealership and had not been put on the VW website yet. He was very easy to talk with and very friendly. He said that if I had any questions, "do not hesitate to call," and closed with telling me the best way to get a hold of him. Everything was as expected from the moment we drove in the service bay until our car was completed 45 minutes ahead of the promised time. Sandie (service advisor) told me that she didn't want me waiting longer than necessary so she doubled up the employees working on our car. This is why we come back to Burnsville VW over and over, the entire staff is just great and so helpful.
