Jay stepped in when I had difficulty dealing with another Luther dealership related to service on my first vehicle...he went above and beyond, so there was no question but what I would drive 5 times as far to be able to lease at Burnsville VW again. I love the friendly and helpful attention I get in the service department...no question is treated as too dumb and no problem too minor to check out. Ann especially has been terrific. Working through the price agreement and financing was helpful and respectful; haggling was not necessary. The experience made me like leasing a new car almost as much as I like driving it! More

The best dealership in Minnesota - period. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you not only walk out with the best deal but are happy with the deal you've made. Grant and Jeff did an amazing job putting a deal together and we were done in under 2 hours! The Parts and Service department is second to none. Ugur, Sandie, and Jeremy go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met. Everytime I request a loaner, they have one ready for me. The facilities are clean and everyone is so friendly. Grant was a very helpful sales men. He was quick to email me photos of the car that he personally took because the car had just been delivered to the dealership and had not been put on the VW website yet. Grant had to deal with both my father and me and he had excellent communication. He sat down with me in the car and taught me all the features of how to work my new Jetta. He was very easy to talk with and very friendly. He said that if I had any questions, "do not hesitate to call," and closed with telling me the best way to get a hold of him. I am glad that my father and I got to work with Grant. He was a phenomenal sales person to work with. I would definitely recommend others to use Grant at the VW dealership.
