The Luther Burnsville VW practice of setting a fixed price on each new automobile was a welcome reduction of stress for me. Based on my experience and research, I knew it was about as good a price as can be had. The price offered for our tradein was right on the mark, judging by my prior research. So my anxiety level during the whole process was just about non-existent. Jeff Kloetzke in the finance office was very helpful, even at the end of a long day for him. We went to this dealership for the first time with no appointment on a busy Saturday afternoon. We left with our new car and VW financing. Lisa was more than helpful, with just the right balance of answering our questions and fetching cars of different colors, and letting us talk privately. She helped her other customers, who had appointments, along with us, with grace and tact. And to top it all off, her unique sense of humor made the whole afternoon extra pleasant. All in all, meeting Lisa Calhoun and Luther Burnsville VW was a really nice experience. And the car? Well, you know you bought the right one when you find youself going to your garage just to look at it. More

I traded up for new options the 2013 Jetta offers and the beautiful new color, Moonrock Sil Volks and Linda Radue and am super happy with my new car! I traded up for new options the 2013 Jetta offers and the beautiful new color, Moonrock Silver Metallic. I love the bluetooth syncing with my iPhone, the heated seats, sunroof & great sound system. All the creature comforts for a Minnesota driver. I've had many Jetta's & Audi A4's in the past and still keep coming back to them. They have just enough room plus a big, easy to load trunk while being small enough to park in the city. My customer experience could not be better at this dealer. The new facility has easy access and is a cross between an Executive Lounge at an airport and an Apple store! It's light, bright & has comfy chairs & snacks while you wait for the best service people in town to service your car. I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and the delightful Linda Radue is a pleasure to make a deal with! My congratulations to them for an exceptional dealership & for changing the ways we all think about the 'car buying' experience. More

I have never felt so good after buying a car. First off the dealership is very well maintained with smiles greeting you around every turn. This was my first car purchase and Steve made the process easy to understand and even stayed two hours late to guide me through the purchase!
