I just came in for an oil change on my 08 Passat, and decided to just look around while I waited. Lisa saw that I was "just looking" but suggested I test drive the 13 Passat. The entire process from picking out a vehicle to dealing with the finance department was very quick and efficient which was important as we needed a car now due to car problems with an older vehicle of ours. Lisa went above and beyond when our other vehicle got broken into while we trying to finalize our decision and offered to me to use her car for the day while our other vehicle got it's window repaired.
