I appreciated that he was present but not remotely pushing me toward my decision, but offering great advice and details to help make the decision when I asked. Jared went above and beyond the duties, staying late, being available by phone at all times, and ultimately finding the perfect car in my price range, reliability and features I was looking for. He found me the best car for the price I could hope for. This is the best car shopping experience I've ever had - made it not intimidating or overwhelming when I had only a few days to find a different car. Instead, it was a very pleasant and stress-free experience. I looked at other places as well over the couple days just to get a broader view of cars there, and was completely disappointed/put off in the others' sales approach, by comparison to Jared. I came back to purchase my car from him, because he instilled trust - was completely honest, only showed me cars he knew I would like, and was so great to work with. Jared made buying my VW Beetle super fun. From the quick response time via email to my inquiry all the way to the end. The purchase time was quick when I came in, and he thoroughly answered all of my questions as far as vehicle operation. I also got a very fair price for my trade-in and found the price for the Beetle (sort of a rare style) extremely competitive. Because I was at work during some of the research time when I was inquiring about the car, Jared was able to keep in touch with me via email which was a big help. I love my new car thanks to Jared. While waiting for my service to be done I sought out Linda Radue, whom I leased my current vehicle from. There she was with that big smile and knew who I was immediately. Inquired about my family and then proceeded to help me sort out the fine details of my current lease and helping me to leave with a new lease and a new vehicle to fit my current needs. This was our first experience with Luther Burnsville Volkswagen. In fact we had never owned a Volkswagen before. The entire staff was very friendly. One of our children is in a wheelchair and there was always someone ready to hold the door for us. The show room lounge area was a very nice place to sit for the short time we had to wait. We met with Linda and she was great. Probably the most pleasant experience we've had buying a car. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for and. When we contacted her the day after our test drive to let her know we wanted to buy the vehicle, she got the paper work done in advance. She also saw to it that a very minor scratch had been touched up. We are happy with our vehicle and feel we got a very reasonable deal. We would definitely recommend her to anyone buying a car. More
