I just came in for an oil change on my 08 Passat, and decided to just look around while I waited. Lisa saw that I was "just looking" but suggested I test drive the 13 Passat. Lisa went above and beyond when our other vehicle got broken into while we trying to finalize our decision and offered to me to use her car for the day while our other vehicle got it's window repaired. The experience over all was wonderful, no pressure, only the desire to please us. (we needed just a little time to step back and pause for a moment to confirm our decision...) Rich gave us that and told us to take our time, no pressure...it was a no brainer of coarse...we wanted the car, it was a great value.
