Today I went into the Burnsville VW because I was looking to get into a new lease car for the sign and drive special that they had going on. I have a few friends who own Volkswagens that told me I needed to to get into a new lease car for the sign and drive special that they had going on. I have a few friends who own Volkswagens that told me I needed to go to the Burnsville Volkswagen because they have good service and are very knowledgeable. More specifically my friends told me that I needed to see Linda Radue because she is very knowledgeable and very friendly. When I arrived at the VW today I was greeted in the lot almost immediately from a sales rep asking me if I had any questions. No offense to the sales rep I asked if Linda was working and if he could lead me to her. The sales rep brought me to Linda's desk and introduced me with the little information he had gathered on me. Linda was very welcoming and greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. I told Linda that I was looking to get into a lease and was leaning more towards the 2013 Jetta SEL (has a tone of awesome features!), linda brought me over to one that she had on the sales floor and began doing a walk around the vehicle with me and telling me about the vehicles features. It was clear to me at that time that she was very knowledgeable about the product she was selling. If I had a question she was able to answer it without hesitation. She then hooked me up with a Jetta to test drive and told me that when I come back to look her up! (YES!!! I got to test drive the vehicle on my own! awesome feeling when the dealer shows a level of trust in you as the buyer!). Any ways the Jetta drove great, it is an awesome product and I decided to move forward on the deal. While I was out test driving, Linda was calculating the value of my trade in, and the cost of the lease with 15,000 miles per year instead of the 10,000. When I returned They gave me what I felt was a fair trade in value on my car. I wound up making a down payment to lower the monthly rate as there was some residual from the previous loan on the car I was trading in. While I was working on paperwork with the finance lady VW washed the Jetta and topped off the gas tank for me! After I finished all the paperwork, Linda made sure that I got my fuel saving reward card, and even got me a VW hat :) After that she brought me out to my new car. Instead of her saying heres your car have fun, she helped me set up my trunk organizer and even got into the passenger seat and helped me pair my phone with bluetooth, and explained how everything worked. She always acted as excited as I was about getting the new car! Once again if I had a question she would have an instant answer as if it was her own car she was selling me. So what my experience today told me is: The dealership takes good care of their customers and looks closely at the needs of each guest. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly I feel that if I ever need anything at all I can call Linda, and I know that she would be happy to talk and would have an answer for me. I feel that when the time comes that I take my car in to get serviced, that I can say hi to Linda and the others I met while I wait for my car to get done. Great job to Linda and her team! They really made my first new car buying experience enjoyable and hassle free!!! More

This is our 3rd VW purchase and would highly recommend! The customer service and follow up is thorough and detailed. We live many hours away from VW dealership and have 4 closer choices but Burnsville will always be first choice, because they go the extra mile and when we did have an issue at home, they even offered to drive to our town to work on it! That's customer service!! More

I took my car in to this dealership for some minor work. After their hands on multi-point inspection and computer diagnosis, they came back with quite a detailed list of what was wrong with the car. I was suprised that part of the diagnosis was that my car needed a transmission. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion. The second shop said it could not be a transmission. They put my spare on the left front replacing a seemingly good tire. After driving it they took me for a ride. There was no noise and it did not need a transmission. It was a bad left front tire that was causing the problem. Burnsville Volkswagen wanted to charge me thousands for a new transmission when it was a bad tire. They are either inept or dishonest. I will never go back and will tell everybody that I can about this incident. More
I just bought my 2nd VW CC from Steve Kahn and Jay Radue and I can't be happier! Steve called me up knowing I was coming close to the end of my current lease and because of really good current lease program and I can't be happier!
