Jared made buying my VW Beetle super fun. From the quick response time via email to my inquiry all the way to the end. The purchase time was quick when I came in, and he thoroughly answered all of my questions as far as vehicle operation. I also got a very fair price for my trade-in and found the price for the Beetle (sort of a rare style) extremely competitive. It was special having Steve a second time as our sales person. All of our questions were answered. Steve really knows his VW cars, giving us a detailed description of our new Passat. Inquired about my family and then proceeded to help me sort out the fine details of my current lease and helping me to leave with a new lease and a new vehicle to fit my current needs. This was our first experience with Luther Burnsville Volkswagen. In fact we had never owned a Volkswagen before. The entire staff was very friendly. One of our children is in a wheelchair and there was always someone ready to hold the door for us. The show room lounge area was a very nice place to sit for the short time we had to wait. We met with Linda and she was great. Probably the most pleasant experience we've had buying a car. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for and. When we contacted her the day after our test drive to let her know we wanted to buy the vehicle, she got the paper work done in advance. She also saw to it that a very minor scratch had been touched up. We are happy with our vehicle and feel we got a very reasonable deal. We would definitely recommend her to anyone buying a car. More

Today I went into the Burnsville VW because I was looking to get into a new lease car for the sign and drive special that they had going on. I have a few friends who own Volkswagens that told me I needed to to get into a new lease car for the sign and drive special that they had going on. I have a few friends who own Volkswagens that told me I needed to go to the Burnsville Volkswagen because they have good service and are very knowledgeable. More specifically my friends told me that I needed to see Linda Radue because she is very knowledgeable and very friendly. When I arrived at the VW today I was greeted in the lot almost immediately from a sales rep asking me if I had any questions. No offense to the sales rep I asked if Linda was working and if he could lead me to her. The sales rep brought me to Linda's desk and introduced me with the little information he had gathered on me. Linda was very welcoming and greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. I told Linda that I was looking to get into a lease and was leaning more towards the 2013 Jetta SEL (has a tone of awesome features!), linda brought me over to one that she had on the sales floor and began doing a walk around the vehicle with me and telling me about the vehicles features. It was clear to me at that time that she was very knowledgeable about the product she was selling. If I had a question she was able to answer it without hesitation. She then hooked me up with a Jetta to test drive and told me that when I come back to look her up! (YES!!! I got to test drive the vehicle on my own! awesome feeling when the dealer shows a level of trust in you as the buyer!). Any ways the Jetta drove great, it is an awesome product and I decided to move forward on the deal. While I was out test driving, Linda was calculating the value of my trade in, and the cost of the lease with 15,000 miles per year instead of the 10,000. When I returned They gave me what I felt was a fair trade in value on my car. I wound up making a down payment to lower the monthly rate as there was some residual from the previous loan on the car I was trading in. While I was working on paperwork with the finance lady VW washed the Jetta and topped off the gas tank for me! After I finished all the paperwork, Linda made sure that I got my fuel saving reward card, and even got me a VW hat :) After that she brought me out to my new car. Instead of her saying heres your car have fun, she helped me set up my trunk organizer and even got into the passenger seat and helped me pair my phone with bluetooth, and explained how everything worked. She always acted as excited as I was about getting the new car! Once again if I had a question she would have an instant answer as if it was her own car she was selling me. So what my experience today told me is: The dealership takes good care of their customers and looks closely at the needs of each guest. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly I feel that if I ever need anything at all I can call Linda, and I know that she would be happy to talk and would have an answer for me. I feel that when the time comes that I take my car in to get serviced, that I can say hi to Linda and the others I met while I wait for my car to get done. Great job to Linda and her team! They really made my first new car buying experience enjoyable and hassle free!!! More
