I have had Volkswagon Jettas since I was 16 years old. They have been safe and reliable. When I turned 40 I wanted to try a different Volkswagon so I looked at an EOS. They were expensive and I wasn't sure if it would be possible. I met with Linda and right from the beginning I felt comfortable. She never pushed me and took a lot of time with me going over my options. She found the color I wanted and broke everything down for me. Her customer service is spectacular!!!!!!! I would even consider her a friend. I drove away in a brand new 2012 EOS and I love it! Every time I had a question, I would call or email her and she would get right back to me. When I picked the car up, she showed me how everything worked and set up my blue tooth for me. She has continued to stay in touch and answer any questions I have. When I stop by I even get a car wash! I had a couple scratches on the car and when I dropped it off, they gave me a loaner and drove it to a different place for me to get it fixed! Amazing customer service and it's all done with a smile. THANK YOU LINDA! I am a very happy customer and a very happy VW owner! It was a refreshing relationship from the beginning and if I could, I'd clone her and set her up in dealerships all over town. As it is, I'll simply highly recommend her here. More
