All of our expectations were met regarding the leasing of a new 2013 Passat. Linda Radue did an excellent job of introducing us to the different types of Passats, encouraged us to test drive both the 2.5 an a new 2013 Passat. She was straight forward re: the price and explained exactly what would transpire with the lease signing. Once the car was ours, Linda did such a great job of explaining the use of the car, Bluetooth, radio, Navigation...etc. We drove away with confidence knowing that we could call or come back with any questions we might have. My Wife and I went to the Luther Burnsville dealership to just "look" at what was available and originally wanted to look at a jetta for her. He took us to the jettas and then to the Passats becasue that is the logical car for us after we spoke with him about our needs. he answered the various questions and we were able to test out a gently used 2012 Passat SEL. WE fell in love with it from the first mile. All of the options we could want, and even the heated seats that My wife told steve she REALLY wanted. after the test drive and a short meeting with steve he recommended we go ahead and see what the payments might be and after a breif wait, we drove away in the "almost" new Passat. We feel we were treated right, no hassles, no waiting, friendly faces, and great attitudes were everywhere. The price was right on, and I can honestly say that the entire staff, and Steve in particular made our experience stress free, and most of all, enjoyable. Never have I ever been treated as well by any other dealer I have dealt with. Steve is a great reflection on how your company is run, and I for one am glad we had the good fortune to visit your dealership. More

Jared made buying my VW Beetle super fun. From the quick response time via email to my inquiry all the way to the end. I was not able to come in and look at the car the morning it caught my eye on-line and response time via email to my inquiry all the way to the end. I was not able to come in and look at the car the morning it caught my eye on-line and asked Jared if he would measure size of the cargo space and he took the time to go do that for me. The purchase time was quick when I came in, and he thoroughly answered all of my questions as far as vehicle operation. I also got a very fair price for my trade-in and found the price for the Beetle (sort of a rare style) extremely competitive. Because I was at work during some of the research time when I was inquiring about the car, Jared was able to keep in touch with me via email which was a big help. I love my new car thanks to Jared.
