We went to VW Burnsville as our first stop in search of new car to lease. We had interest in both the Jetta and Passat. We browsed briefly on the show room before we were kindly greeted by Linda. We did introductions and then explained to Linda what we were looking for. She described the difference between the two models and then offered to pull up each of them for us to take a test drive. We drove them both and fell in love with the Passat. While we were out, Linda worked up some lease payment amounts for us so we had an idea of what we had to work with. Not wanting to make an impulse decision, we explained to Linda that we were going to look at some other dealerships and would be back in touch with her if we wanted to move forward with the VW. She was so kind and understanding, and never ever made put any pressure on us to buy a car with VW. We drove a few other vehicles, but I couldn't get the Passat out of my mind! We decided to move forward, but were going to wait to until the following weekend so we could put some money down and lower the monthly payment. I called Linda that night to let her know the good news! We ended up selling one of our vehicles and being able to go back and buy the car the next day - we were sooo excited! Linda took the time to personally navigate us through the car and all the bells and whistles (and there are alot!) and we were on our way! The process of buying the vehicle was pretty quick and straight forward. I would very highly recommend VW Burnsville, and especially Linda Radue. She is an absolute pleasure to work with! More
