They were ready for me the second I drove in the door even though I was early for my appointment. The service person I talked to was very friendly and courteous. The service person called me within a hour to tell me what he had found so far and advised me the repair could take longer than the same day, possibly into the next business day. Note: I brought the car in early Saturday morning. I told them Monday would be fine if it takes longer than one day. The service department called me at 3:11 p.m. the same day to let me know my car was done. He also told me exactly what they did to my car. When I picked up my car about two hours later the lady at the service desk was very pleasant and friendly. In my opinion, Luther Ford in Fargo is a top notch dealer with an excellent service department. More
