I appreciate it when there are no issues with a service I am getting, but I really like to see how people react when things don't go right. That says a lot about a person and a company. When I brought my pick up in to be repaired, the service manager, Steve, explained things to well the procress. He also explained some options for repairs if the $$ to fix the parking brake was too much. when I returned, he explained everything to me in detail of what they did, and it was in my terms.
