Had oil changed and tire rotation. Quick service but no extras. Use to get carpet vacuumed and windows washed. Asked for a carwash didn't get it but did cost twice as much as it used to. extras. Scheduling my appointment was a bit of a hassle, due to the fact I called and left my information for a call back, but was not called back that day. I called the next day and waited the 5 min to speak to a person whom was very friendly and courteous. Arrived the day of my appointment to drop off my vehicle and service advisor was very friendly and courteous. My vehicle was having very intermittent issues and we agreed going into the appointment they would do what they could do. Makes sense 100%. I got my email stating my vehicle was done and the fact they drove it 13 miles and were unable to duplicate the issue as well as checked for bulletins and service messages, nothing found. I went to pick up my vehicle and found it had closer to 70 miles on it, not the 13 in the paperwork. I brought this to the attention of the service advisor and he stated it's what the service manager does. I explained the fact I didn't understand why it isn't documented. The advisor stated they write the mileage on the key tag, but not the actual paperwork. I explain this creates trust issues for me since it was a surprise and now they have lost my trust. The service advisor was obviously done with me and became snarky. He could have easily stated the service manager was trying to duplicate the concern and documented it properly, but by not telling me at all I have lost the trust. How am I supposed to know why my vehicle was being driven for....getting lunch, running errands, or whatever. This is my second vehicle from here and I have remained loyal bringing them only here for service and maintenance. I feel like the trust is broken and most likely won't be back. My rating has nothing to do with the technician. They get 100% or 5 stars. More
Went in to get flat tire fixed. Sure there was a puncture.. Was told, No puncture only bead seal repair needed. Really questioned that. 5pm. By morning, tire completely flat again. Called Ford to a puncture.. Was told, No puncture only bead seal repair needed. Really questioned that. 5pm. By morning, tire completely flat again. Called Ford to advise. Had to call tow svc to chg tire. Took to certified tire dealer.They found puncture right away and fixed messy bead seal again and replaced lug nuts (AAA repair had a terrible time too getting them off) as they had been torqued so hard they could barely get them off. I would really like a refund for this service call. Happy with purchase but not this svc call. More

I've had good experiences in the past here, but not this time. Replacing the top of my dashboard under warranty, they managed to put several small scratches in my dashboard and on the new replacement part time. Replacing the top of my dashboard under warranty, they managed to put several small scratches in my dashboard and on the new replacement part as well, plus an area needed repair and it was returned to me dirtier than it was left. The only reason I am not making them do it again and fix what they damaged is because I'm afraid they'll make it worse and I don't want to deal with the hassle. Disappointed and frustrated with both Ford and Luther. Service advisor was fine to work with. More
