I had an appointment and was 30 minutes early. Nick was ready for me with the keys to the Explorer I was interested in. Intial servuce to the vehicle was questionable . Only fixed one of the problems with the powertrain instead of looking at the whole issue. Had to take it back multiple times for the same code within a 4 day period. When they let the mechanic finally look at it and determine the problem , Luther ford fixed it and made it right. The vehicle was still under warranty. Luther ford did come to my place of residence and pick up along with drop it back off to me upon the parts coming in and them fixing the problem. More

Those two did a amazing job helping us I got another vehicle while my family was waiting for her car to be fixed which at first we had a issue but rylee and Steffen helped us alot with the issue and ryl vehicle while my family was waiting for her car to be fixed which at first we had a issue but rylee and Steffen helped us alot with the issue and rylee helped me find my new explorer which I love. Bob and Toby in the service department always take good care of me. I bring my work truck (F150) and my wife's Expedition in for service.
