We traveled almost 2 hours to look at a Ford Expedition that was on Freedom Ford's web site. Sure glad we did. I called before we drove over to make sure it was still there. Talked to David "Bert" Kl that was on Freedom Ford's web site. Sure glad we did. I called before we drove over to make sure it was still there. Talked to David "Bert" Klaiber. He was right there when we arrived. Made us feel that we were his only priority, Answered all our questions, if he didn't know he quickly found the answer. Like "is there towing mirrors we can buy for this vehicle". We met Tim the Manager and he too was very good. No pressure, very relaxed, made us feel that our trip there was well worth the effort. I would surely give Freedom Ford future business when the opportunity arises. More
