Was treated with respect as a woman taking her car for service. Service department didn't take long to do an oil change and tire rotation while I waited. Some employees passing through waiting area spoke service. Service department didn't take long to do an oil change and tire rotation while I waited. I took my truck in for service in May 2022 because my truck wasn't accelerating when you put the gas pedal to the floor and there was an oil smell, they ended up telling me I needed a new turbo which the truck wasn't accelerating when you put the gas pedal to the floor and there was an oil smell, they ended up telling me I needed a new turbo which they showed me was leaking as well as a new valve pump which was leaking and cost me $2500 for repairs, went back within a month and still didn't accelerate when I stepped on the gas pedal and now they told me I needed new plugs and boots, another $300 dollars. I had to go back twice to fix the original problem, will not go back there for service. More
