It was as stress-free as getting a new car ever can be. This is my second vehicle from this dealership. Bonnie was friendly and knowledgeable, easily able to answer all of my questions, patiently guiding me through what can be a stressful ordeal, and helping me find a vehicle to fit my lifestyle and finances. After narrowing it down to the Civic, she went over every bell and whistle inside and out, and again, answered all of my questions regarding the conditions of the lease. My experience with the finance department was also top-notch, stress-free and everything was clearly explained. I pulled out of the lot, leaving my junker trade-in behind, deliriously happy with my first NEW car. A family member recommended Bonnie to me, and it turned out to be the best car-buying experience I've ever had, hands-down. In addition to her excellent service, I wanted to note that my interactions with all of the other staff members at Luther Hopkins Honda were quite enjoyable, and the facility itself was clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend! 2017 CRV Purchase My sales associate was very personable and truly wanted to meet my needs. The vehicle I purchased was enroute to the dealership so when it arrived a My sales associate was very personable and truly wanted to meet my needs. The vehicle I purchased was enroute to the dealership so when it arrived a few days later I received a voicemail saying it arrived and he put a sold sign on it till I was able to come in and complete the purchase. The sales associate was fairly new to his role so consulted his manager on any questions he could not answer to ensure we received correct information. Once my appointment was made with the finance department, someone called within an hour to let me know what documents to bring with me and what I could do in advance to shorten the financing part of the visit (ie, complete the credit application online and call to temporarily unfreeze our accounts with the credit rating agencies). Because this vehicle came in over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and I came in on Monday early afternoon to close, the finance department appeared to need additional time to get all the documents ready so we spent the wait time with our sales person reviewing vehicle related info. Also, I expected to do the financing with the person I spoke with over the phone but was assigned to a different individual to complete the paperwork and thus had to repeat some of our previous discussion. Even though we spent longer than anticipated in the dealership to complete the purchase, we understand the holiday situation and were ok with the time schedule as it played out. A suggestion for next time: if the finance department knew they needed additional time to prepare, maybe they could have suggested a later appointment time on Monday. More

I was embarrassed; called Sue and Leonard and apologized. They were so nice...very kind and did not want me to fret about this. They went above and beyond service!!!! Sue Lano, Leonard and John are very professional and so helpful! This was my second Fit; my husband is also driving his second Fit. We like these cars; the dealership and all those we have worked with. I also enjoy the showroom ... the coffee is great and the cookies too. It is a great environment. I am so glad Sue Lano is my Sales person. She is great to work with, very nice, always has the customer as a top priority ... and when I goofed with the dome light being on ... she was very empathic. More

Service department has been wonderful to deal with over the years; can't say I have ever had a bad experience dealing with anyone at the dealership. Natasha has been great in helping us bring together a competitive deal in a timely manner on the 2018 CRV we just purchased. The experience of taking delivery was first rate, all accessories installed and ready, a thorough briefing on all the technology in the vehicle, a straight-forward process with the finance person (Matt), having obtained a great finance deal too. Natasha is very personable and was as nice and understanding throughout the process as she could be. More
