Service schedulers suck! Every time I call to make an appointment for what I want done, they ask a bunch of unrelated questions and tell me I need to do X Y and Z. When I confirm I just want what I called for, they argue. Twice now, after this experience, I come for my appointment with my favorite Service Advisor and he doesn't have one for me. So not only did they argue with the customer, THEN DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB EITHER. If at all possible, avoid their appointment schedulers and make one online. More

Immediately, we were treated well by the salesman. We were impressed with the vehicle available, and made a deal. Next we were sent to the customer waiting area so they could prepare the paperwork and secure financing. I was disappointed by the interest rate, but was unaware of the current situation when buying a used vehicle. While meeting with the business associate, we were asked if we were interested in an extended warranty. Immediately I told him no. We went back and forth for over 15 minutes debating the purchase. I finally gave in to his logic, but was somewhat regretful after leaving town. More
