The service technician who dismantled my glove compartment to check the cabin filter forgot to put the glove compartment hanger and nuts/bolts back on. Later that evening I opened the glove compartment and watched the drawer dropped to the floor and all the contents fall out. Needless to say, I was not happy with this quality of work. Now I question the quality of work on all the other service items they performed on my vehicle. I called Donna several times and left a vm over a period of couple days, worst is no response from her. It ended up with the receptionist speaking to the service manager to get some kind of resolution option for me. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to bring the car back and have them fix what was not broken in the first place. More

Jerry's and his crew are great. I have never had any problems after service when his crew takes care of my car. Since I do know a few things about cars, it is nice that they never talk down to me when e problems after service when his crew takes care of my car. The transmission on my 2005 Accord failed and I was towed into HH. Within an hour I was given the cost of repair and was contacted by Wes, my salesman. We arranged to meet on Saturday.
