My only compliant with the whole experience was the reoccurring theme, starting with the business manager, lobbying us to give only "10" ratings for any reviews that we submitted by saying that it was a pass/fail system and anything less than a 10 was a fail. This occurred with enough regularity that it became clear that it was an institutional mandate and an attempt to artificially improve the ratings. I'm happy to give Harrison a well deserved 10 for his efforts and I would have probably done the same for the dealership except for this questionable practice. More

Bonnie went above and beyond I called and asked to speak with a sales person and Bonnie was introduced to me. I wanted to replace the Honda that I totaled in June. She spoke with a manager and found me a deal for a 2017 Honda just like the one I had. Sue never bugged us, so when we decided to get rid of my Equinox we had pretty well decided on a Honda CRV and called up Sue to make an appointment with her. Again, great to talk with, not pushy, very helpful, actually everyone there was very pleasant. Would highly recommend this dealership. More
