We Asked for the best! We were new to this dealership and when I called in, I asked the receptionist for their best female salesperson. She said that would be Sue Lano and We were new to this dealership and when I called in, I asked the receptionist for their best female salesperson. She said that would be Sue Lano and she preempted almost every question we had. Very organized, asked others in the dealership for help with financing, etc. and made sure all of our needs were met. She spent much time going over all the details of the new vehicle during the delivery and has since called to make sure we didn't have more questions. I would highly recommend her!! More

We decided to go to the dealership but by the time we reached there Janet left so Natasha jumped in to help. And boy we got lucky. We felt that we got honest and complete information. It was late in the evening when we got in but Natasha didn't made us feel rushed or anything. In fact the paperwork went on beyond 9pm when most people left but she made sure to give me a detailed walkthrough of the car and all the features AFTER I got done with paperwork. Even next day when I went in to get the floor mats she helped me beyond expectations. She helped me put the mats in the car when it was -15 outside. I recommend her to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. More

Excellent purchase experience over the internet When I decided to buy a Honda Civic Type R (a limited production car) I contacted a lot of dealerships that claimed to have one available. Most did no When I decided to buy a Honda Civic Type R (a limited production car) I contacted a lot of dealerships that claimed to have one available. Most did not actually have one but, instead, were advertising one they had "coming soon' and were unable to actually say when they would have one available. While some others did have the car but were asking as much as $10,000 over MSRP. Luther Hopkins Honda was selling the car at MSRP. I live over five hours from the dealership so I had to make sure of a lot of things before driving that far to purchase a car. Natasha was very cooperative and answered all of my questions about the car. She was easy to work with and acted as my single point of contact at the dealership so that I could set up the sale, financing, and parts (winter tires and wheels). I rented a car one way to pick up my new car and Natasha even assisted me in getting that car to the rental outlet in Hopkins. More
