They like to bate and switch. We thought we were going to get great service and deal. We were to come test drive the vehicle, already dealt with the price. The only thing left was checking out our trade-in car. Other than that everything was pretty much set. He provided with out the door pricing. We had an appt and we then had to wait about 20 minutes because sales person was on phone. Then when we did get to speak with the sales person, he acted like he had no idea which vehicle we were there to try. Jerry (sales person) had already sent us the VIN # on the vehicle so we could do our own checking. He right away was trying us to get a 2018 CRV EXL. The CRV that he was providing us the info on was a vehicle that they use as loaner. Well he didn't have this vehicle, he said that it was already sold. He once again was trying to sell us a 2018. They did find a loaner that they just got in and we did buy this but after 8 hours at the dealership we wanted to just be done. He then would not give us this vehicle at the price he quoted. Many extra fees. We now have buyers regret. More
