Great amenities I went in for a recall and was wow'ed by the lounge area. A variety of types of chairs and tables to satisfy any type of waiting customer (comfy lounge chairs, low table and chairs, high top tables and chairs, breakfast island, etc). They even had a great communication system where they sent you a text, email, AND came in personally to tell you when your vehicle was complete. My only disappointment was that when I arrived, not a single person looked up/made eye contact with me. It wasn't clear where to go or if associates were busy working or just surfing the web at their stations, so I stood around for about 60 seconds, slowly scanning the associates, willing them to look up. I finally had to approach someone to get helped. More

I bought a used Nissan Sentra (for a fair price) from them a few weeks ago and my salesman Chris was nothing but helpful and supportive throughout the car buying process and he was also very personable. There was no pressure to buy anything, he just let me do the shopping and answered any and all questions that I had! After a few days of driving the vehicle, I noticed a few minor issues with it. I took it into the Luther Hopkins Honda service center and had THE MOST INCREDIBLE representative working the me! Karlina was the BEST advocate I could have asked for and all of the necessary repairs were covered under the Luther warranty from when I purchased the used car. Plus, they provided me with a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop which was wildly helpful and genuinely appreciated. I have been nothing but happy with every part of my experience with Luther Hopkins Honda. I will definitely be recommending them to others (especially Chris and Karlina) and shopping with them/using them for service in the future! More
