Kao was a very good salesman. He was very helpful in answering my questions, he took the time to check out the vehicle history and car fax and to inspect it on the phone since I He was very helpful in answering my questions, he took the time to check out the vehicle history and car fax and to inspect it on the phone since I was out of town. He made sure it was worth a trip to buy the truck I wanted. The time I was at the dealership, he treated me well, let me ask questions, inspect the vehicle as much as I wanted to before I made any decision. He did not encourage me one way or the other to buy the truck, he let me make my decision on my own and searched anything I needed while I was there and on the phone prior to driving there about this truck. It was very nice to have a nice, knowledgeable and caring salesman. More

After my visit, I went car shopping and after 33 years of driving GM products I traded my GM product in. Ever since Marty left service, Hudson Chev service is very poor and I never will be going back. Nic driving GM products I traded my GM product in. I am happy with the service and the customer service. The one thing that I was unhappy about is nobody notified me about the Oil Cooler Lines Seeping and that they will need further attention as marked o The one thing that I was unhappy about is nobody notified me about the Oil Cooler Lines Seeping and that they will need further attention as marked on the vehicle inspection report. I would have rather had it fixed with this 45,000 mile inspection than at a later date when it will cost more. Otherwise I am happy with everything else. They called me and provided a loaner car for overnight due to the inspection and new tire installation taking longer even though they had my truck all day, I dropped it off night before appointment. More
