I First looked at the Kia Soul approximately 18 months ago. I ended up buying a different vehicle that after a year of ownership I wasn't all that thrilled over. The week of Memorial day I decided to look at it again. I have never been able to get financed without a huge down payment or suggestion of a co signer. I wasn't willing to do either. This time I was willing to make the payments due to the fact I was tired of someone elses problems and huge repairs. I dropped my paperwork off with Dave on Wed. On Saturday he was telling me he got me financed with no money down and no co signer. I still am so thankful to Dave for his hard work in making this happen for me. I know he worked really hard as my credit is absolutely horrible. If anyone is having 2nd thoughts about their credit issues and weather or not it can happen for you. Give Dave a call. He's the miracle man. BTW... I LOVE my new Kia Soul.. Its such a fun vehicle. and seems to handle really good in the rain. I cant wait to see how it will handle in the snow. Dave is a very courteous man. He seems to understand a lot of everyones situation. THANK YOU DAVE I really appreciate what you did for me. Love the warranty also. 100,000 mies or 10 year is alot of peace of mind for a single gal who has no help with repairs. Its the perfect car for me. Therese More
Upon entering Kia we were greeted by Bayo. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked us questions to find out exactly what we were looking for and then proceeded to getting those needs met. I walked in with a difficult situation - I'd recently purchased a vehicle I hated, and that wasn't getting the job done. It was scary at first going to buy my first car. Ben made the whole process very relaxing and he was very informative about my new Soul. He really know his stuff. I went in to look for a new car with an offer from one financer and they found me a better deal with another. I was interested in a few different models and instead of leading me to the most expensive of financer and they found me a better deal with another. I was interested in a few different models and instead of leading me to the most expensive of the group, they lined me up with the one that fit me best, which happened to be the cheapest of the models I was considering. I love my Kia Soul! More
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Kevin(sales Manager) is a pompous a@@hole. I am fortunate enough to buy at least one new car a year and never had dealings like this before. It took me over 7 hours of waiting amd three visits to get a car because of their constant mistakes and making you wait while Kevin walked around like he was god. James Loney was great and deserves a slap on the back to have to put up with Kevin. Stay away from this dealership!! More
