MY husband and I went to Luther Kia of Bloomington in search of trading my 2006 Scion xB in on a used Kia Sorento. We set up an appointment with him and talked about out wants and needs and we determined that it would actually be more cost efficient to buy new. We were very pleased with the service and friendliness we were shown at the dealership. It was a very positive experience. My husband actually had a meeting that morning and Dave in finance was able to move quite quickly, so that he was able to make his meeting. I went Bloomington Kia because I did some family car switching and ended up with my son's 2010 Nitro which we owed money on. A markeitng piece saying they would get me top trade in value for that car go switching and ended up with my son's 2010 Nitro which we owed money on. When all was said and done we were able to make both sides happy and with Shawn's guidance got the car and terms that I wanted on the 2013 Kia Optima SXL! Great experience and like that the dealership isn't huge but part of a large car group like Luther. More

I found my car on autotrader.com and e-mailed to set up a test drive when Jon called me shortly after I sent the email. The next day I drove the car with Matt and I loved the car. I talked to my wife that ni test drive when Jon called me shortly after I sent the email. The next day I drove the car with Matt and I loved the car. I talked to my wife that night and returned the next day (saturday) and worked with Dave to get all the financing taken care of, and everyone in the process was very respectful and willing to help. I think the only thing that I would change would be having more people available on Saturday. It was very busy and the guys seemed to be running around alot and that could turn some people off. Shawn greeted us immediately, quickly found exactly the car we were interested in, and answered all of our questions. We had already test driven four competitive cars that day, but the Optima became our #1 choice. Shawn was the first person to make a follow-up call to me on Monday morning and we scheduled a time later that day to bring in the car we wanted to trade in. I never imagined that we would get the purchase done in that visit and be able to drive home our new vehicle.
