I did not have a lot of time, and they got the paperwork ready and completed in minutes, not hours. My last used vehicle purchase was from one of those small time used auto lots, and it did not go well. The Lexus RX 300 that I purchased for my wife had the engine blow on her first road trip 2 weeks after purchase. The dealer, Car Zone of Burnsville, just laughed at me when I asked him to set things right. Now, with Luther Kia, they offer a 3 day return policy, plus back up their used vehicles with a 30 day, 1,000 mile warranty. More

I will never go to this dealer again, nor would I recommend it. We traded in our old truck for a much newer one. The new one didn't work out so we took it back within the 5 day return policy. They had already gotten rid of our old truck so we didn't have many options. We found another truck at another Luther. Luther KIA bought it so we could look at it and trade in the truck we didn't like. We weren't 100% sure about this new truck they bought for us, but we felt trapped and had no other option but to buy this new one because they had already gotten rid of our old truck. They weren’t going to let us negotiate a price on the second truck, I had to ask to speak to the manager. The manager is not very friendly and very rude. He just tries to intimidate you. We then proceeded to wait for the finance guy for over 4 hours! Both times we were in there; we waited for over 4 hours! The second time we were there, we had no choice but to bring our 11 month old daughter, since we were there so long she missed her dinner and bedtime. The waiting room was full with only ONE finance person available. I will have to say our salesman was very nice and helpful. All the salesmen were very nice and welcoming. I was not impressed with the management. If you decide to use this dealer, make sure you do not go in the evening on a week day. You will waste you ENTIRE night waiting in their waiting room! Also, they do not fill up the gas tank of your new car. You have to make sure and ask for that. More

The salesperson listened well and was able to get me through the process quickly without trying to sell me a more expensive want before I get there. The service is always very thorough, honest, and promptly handled. The service department doesn't only handle issues with the cars maintenance that affect the technical/mechanical performance of the car, the handled. My tires were getting low on the surface tread; Brad advised that I should look at new tires because of the messy winters we have. This involved my safety and didn't benefit Luther sales in any way. Knowing you can trust the staff is very important to me. More
