I had the worse car buying experience I have ever had. (I would like to clarify my main problem was with the sale manager.) I had already done a test drive, received their quote, talked about financing and did all of my research. I brought in my car to be looked at for the trade in and found the sale manager to be insulting and rude. When I finally got him to an "ok" price. I found that the price I was quoted (and even wrote down) was a "mistake." The car was really $1500 more. After a couple hours of that game playing...refusing to give me back my car keys, leaving me for long periods of time to "check with the sale manager"...I walked out. I had not even tried to get the price reduced. I just wanted to get the price back to the original quote! I left, went to Walser and was treated like royalty and bought a new car immediately. More

After receiving a call, that I was due for my first complimentary oil change, I was notified several times by email and called the day before, as well. The only disappointment was that the car wash was not functioning that day, so I left with a dirty car... but that did not reduce my overall experience for my 1st service appt. More
