Last visit involved an oil change and recall service. No issues with those services, but upon leaving low tire pressure indicator came on and air needed to be added to tire. A week after this inspection I started having issues starting the car, and two weeks later the battery completely died, requiring a jump. There was also visible corrosion on the terminal. Not sure why these issues weren't flagged during the inspection. More

It took them several months to get the part that was needed. After they did, I brought my vehicle in, and they spent over a day trying to fix it before they realized it wasn’t even the right part. While they were trying to fix the issue, they broke my seat. After several more months, they finally had the part and I made an appointment for the repair. When I dropped off my vehicle in the morning, they said they weren’t even sure they would be able to get to it that day and the loaner they had was a small SUV that wouldn’t fit my family when my warranty repair was for a minivan. Just an absolute collective mess. I will not be back. More
