The 9 Hour Day I have worked with Matthew in the past and when my 12yo Acrua died, I texted him at 7:30am and was at the dealership by Noon. For the next 8 hours, w I have worked with Matthew in the past and when my 12yo Acrua died, I texted him at 7:30am and was at the dealership by Noon. For the next 8 hours, we test drove 4 different vehicles during a snow and ice storm, found out my credit rating tanked due to ex spouse, he and his manager, Craig, talked me down from a full meltdown. then Ryan the finance manger swooped in, spoke with me about what I could get, and the deal was done. The service department then test drove the vehicle during the storm, brought it back and WASHED the car before giving me the keys. Despite the fact the car was going to be a mess the moment I drove it, they wanted me to have a perfect car to drive away with. They were kind, courteous, patient, generous with their time and humor. I will be back in 2 years when it is time for my youngest to get her car!!!!!!! More

Jason Krogerson and Mitch Weiland were patient and helpful as I struggled with this major purchase. There was no pressure, but they kept in touch while I researched, shopped and weighed the options. Ultimately I pulled the plug and I am very pleased with the deal they offered. At delivery, Mitch spent over an hour with me, pairing my smart phone to the Rogue's system and explaining the many features that are new to me, having traded in a 10-year-old vehicle.
