As anyone would we went in expecting to get the normal "salesman experience" pushy, things sounding better then they really are, you are just a dollar sign to me attitude, rude. With Jeff complete opposite, I'd send my sweet incontinent grandmother to him with full confidence he would treat her as I would. I haven't bought a new car in 12 years not because I ca't, but because I didn't want to have that "awful experience" again. Jeff went the distance. If you are looking for a car new or used $3,000 to $80,000 Jeff is the one you need to go to. He will treat the $3,000 customer as if they are the $80,000 customer. Believe me if I had a bad experience Luther would not want me anywhere near this website! More

While shopping just before scheduled service I got bumped by another car on my right rear bumper. Minor but not trivial damage. Adam had an immediate solution requiring keeping my Altima overnight. Got a free car and came back next day to my completely fixed Altima. Reasonable charge, completely satisfactory solution. This is why I'm on my third Altima with this dealer. Fast, trustworthy, fair service! More

Excellent Service I brought my 2013 Kia Optima in for an oil change, tire rotation and new air filter. I had been hearing a scraping sound when I made a right turn and I brought my 2013 Kia Optima in for an oil change, tire rotation and new air filter. I had been hearing a scraping sound when I made a right turn and I asked if it could be my brakes. they checked my brakes and my front ones needed replacing. Tom and Greg were a big help and I was able to my coupons for the work I had done. I knew I needed tires but was not in my budget at this time and was told that Luther has a tire sale in November with very good prices. Always great customer service and friendly staff. More

Logic Improvement Recall Work Jason, who noticed that there was a Recallr. He asked if I wanted to go ahead and schedule the work. I also mentioned that I wanted the Optima Rubbe Jason, who noticed that there was a Recallr. He asked if I wanted to go ahead and schedule the work. I also mentioned that I wanted the Optima Rubber floor mats (set of 4) and would like to pick them up when I came in for the recall work. Jason placed the order for the mats, confirmed the price and said they would be in the day before my scheduled appointment. On the day of my appointment I was helped by Greg Isham. I asked if it was possible for them to install the new mats for me. They vacuumed the floors and then took out the old mats and put the new ones in for me. The service from all areas was excellent. More
