Best car buying experience. After doing research I found a 2013 Kia Optima that looked like it was the right one for me. I went into the dealer and was immediately greeted by their front desk. After explaining what I was looking for she brought over JP. I explained which car I was looking for which he quickly found; which was probably a chore with the construction. After a test drive we sat down and discussed the vehicle; as well as getting to know JP. Once he talked about the One Love Brigade Charity that he runs I knew I wanted to give my business to him. JP dealt with the one concern I had with the car aka the Marlboro man owned it before me quickly. If you are looking for a vehicle I strongly suggest you look for JP. Knowing how he spends his time away from work,to support Jamaican children, you know that he is of very high character. Thank you again for the great experience. More

Oil Change, but no car wash this time - Disappointed I had a standard oil change and I appreciate that they don't push you to buy a lot of extra services like a lot of places do. I was disappointed that I didn't get a car wash this time. I didn't realize it till after I'd paid, or I would have asked why. I've taken it there for oil changes for almost 4 years and this is the first time I didn't get a car wash. Not sure if they have cut this service, but I was disappointed. More

tire light came on I was on my way home from work and I noticed the "tire light" was on; so I stopped in at the service department to have them check it out. Jeff Kessler is AWESOME!! First off this is not my first experience with Luther Nissan Kia. They greet you at the door, aren't pushy and are just there to help. Jeff Kessler was great!! He's very friendly, knowledgeable and open. I really liked that he didn't beat around the bush or give me the run around. He was very prompt with emailing me back prior to my visit and I appreciate that, even after my 8 emails, lol. Overall I love this dealership and will recommend it to others and would shop there again. I wish I could remember the gentleman that finally got me out of there with my vehicle, he finalized the purchase. He was great as well. More

One of the mechanic staff literally tried to evaluate my center console issue with a piece of Domino's pizza in his hand. FYI, I don't want your greasy pizza eating hands to touch my vehicle -- EVER! Thank goodness Adam is so attentive, he interjected in the mexhanic's evaluation of my center console - preventing the pizza grease from getting all over the inside of my 2016 KIA Sorento. Long story short, Adam is always great, most everyone else at the dealership could take a lesson from him in how to handle customer service. That is all. Peace and love, peace and love. More
