Brake repair on 2015 Nissan Altima Yesterday afternoon, I informed service department that our 2015 Nissan Altima (11,200 miles) had a scraping noise in rear end. They scheduled at app Yesterday afternoon, I informed service department that our 2015 Nissan Altima (11,200 miles) had a scraping noise in rear end. They scheduled at appointment at 8:45 AM and had it serviced by 11:00 this morning. The brake pads had been improperly installed at factory. One pad was hardly worn and the other was metal on metal. The fix was new pads and rotor. Under warranty, thus no charge. Thanks for the quick service. It is appreciated. BTW- this is our 3rd Altima. First was purchased in 2009. More
