Good experience after rocky start We went in to test drive a few cars in January and had a good experience but our situation changed and we were not able to buy a car then. We were ba We went in to test drive a few cars in January and had a good experience but our situation changed and we were not able to buy a car then. We were back in the market last week so went back. The night we bought the car we had to wait 2 hrs for financing dept and there were some variances from what we were quoted. The following day we wanted some changes to financing we had signed. When we went to pick up the car a couple days later the changes we wanted were made with no wait time. Our sales man, Rich, came in on has day off to walk us through all the features of our new car and be sure that our new financing was done correctly. So we had a rocky experience the night we bought but when we went to pick up it was very good and we were out with no extra wait time. More
