It was a Saturday and the service area was quite busy, but the service rep was able to schedule my repair for later that same day. When the repair was made, it was done quickly and they even washed the car before returning it to me. All around great service on this visit. More

Great Dealership!! My husband and I stopped at the dealership just to "check out" the new Muranos late one evening. We were met by a friendly sales associate who showed My husband and I stopped at the dealership just to "check out" the new Muranos late one evening. We were met by a friendly sales associate who showed us all the vehicles on the lot even though it was almost closing time. We never felt rushed. We ended up deciding to purchase a left over 2014 Murano. The dealership stayed open for us to complete all the paperwork. Everyone was very friendly even though it was past their quitting time. We had purchased our old Murano from the same dealership and had great experience and had the same great experience this time around. They even let us come back and pick up our old vehicle to take it and have our auto start taken out of it. More

The guy is great—can’t say enough good things about him. He even followed up with phone call a few days later after my purchase just check in to see how things were going with the car, and then I received a hand written thank you in the mail from him. When was the last time that happened? He obviously is not a guy who takes the money and runs. A shout out to Dave Rife as well. He obviously understands what customer service is all about as well. He and JP exceeded all my expectations. I’m sorry I can’t remember the finance guy’s name (who just came back to work), but he was super easy to work with and topped off the entire experience. Realize that it is acceptable, but disappointed that Nissan's first recommended 0w-20 oil was not used. H Zeller More
