I called the sales person, John Flannery, He just said "no problem, just bring it back, you have the first 5 days or 500 miles to return the car". He helped me look carefully at 4 other cars, test drive two, and analyzed the pluses and minuses of each. John acted in a consultant capacity. I selected a used Optima. While the Optima had a higher sticker price than the Forte, transaction was completed at the difference in sticker prices. I expected some kind of return fee or restocking fee or in some way the dealership would take advantage of my desire for a different car. That never happened. John and a credit guy Ryan, who did all the paperwork, were competent in their work, and i left with the right car with a very good warranty at a fair price. More

First service experience has mixed reviews I brought my Optima in for the 30k mile service. I got in at my scheduled time. They went over what was to be done and then said it was going to be $4 I brought my Optima in for the 30k mile service. I got in at my scheduled time. They went over what was to be done and then said it was going to be $450. When I asked what I was paying for other than the oil change and tire rotation, the total suddenly dropped to $65. The service was timely and they kept me updated. When I got in to leave, the car was washed, but there was mud the size of a dime on the windshield right in the drivers vision. They must have used the wipers in an effort to remove, but it only managed to smudge all over. Lastly, when I got home and parked in my garage, I soon found a pool of oil the size of a dollar from the old oil that was not wiped off after draining so I had to clean the floor after I parked, and when I left in the morning. Overall an OK visit. I am certainly hoping for more the next visit. More

New (to us) Dodge Journey, 2009 Visited last weekend to pick up a Dodge Journey that we saw on Car Soup. Salesman Joe Ray was very helpful and deserves a raise. He showed us the Visited last weekend to pick up a Dodge Journey that we saw on Car Soup. Salesman Joe Ray was very helpful and deserves a raise. He showed us the vehicle, rode along on the test drive, and even though it wasn't actually a third-row vehicle (as it was listed on Carsoup), he hustled to try to find us a comparable vehicle. After thinking it over, we opted for the vehicle, as the price was quite good, and the vehicle met our needs. He also was very straightforward regarding price, and he helped us reach an agreement with the management folks regarding compensation regarding the error in the actual listing; that left us pretty satisfied. The management folks were also fair when it came to negotiating a trade-in amount. Luke Horn was also quite helpful and friendly (AND TALL), and Mary Taaffe was very friendly regarding the financing and paperwork, and she helped us pick out a suitable warranty without trying to upsell us. She was also very efficient. (This was no mean feat because we had our toddler AND our infant with us.) As we drove home in the new car, my wife and I both remarked, "Well, that could have gone a whole hell of a lot worse." (Both in terms of the buying experience/price and in terms of a toddler/infant Chernobyl.) Count us as satisfied. More
