New car buy back Not perfection but overall, the service department did a fine job. They provided a loaner and were kind enough to replace a part that the manufacturer Not perfection but overall, the service department did a fine job. They provided a loaner and were kind enough to replace a part that the manufacturer wasn't able to do. The only issue I had with the service department was there were a few times I called and it was difficult to contact the person I wanted to. Sometimes wouldn't get a call back for a couple days. My situation is unique. It ended up being a manufacturer buyback. If anyone has ever dealt with this process, it’s very frustrating and isn't an over night process. Thanks for doing your best.
