This is the third automobile I've gotten from Luther Nissan. From the outstanding sales personnel (Igor) to the receptionist to the service staff, everyone is friendly and willing to help. I purchased my Kia Sorento from Joe Ray back in July 2013 (he was excellent, and very helpful by the way). I brought my vehicle in a couple of times for oil changes and had a remote starter installed about a (he was excellent, and very helpful by the way). I brought my vehicle in a couple of times for oil changes and had a remote starter installed about a month ago, but this most recent time was because my vehicle stalled while driving. You can imagine the anxiety and fear with having to continue driving knowing this had happened once; who's to say it won't happen again? I called Luther first thing in the morning and spoke to Greg Isham. I explained to him that the other Kia dealership in WBL said I would be charged for any time they have in to the vehicle if they find an electrical problem due to the viper remote starter that Luther had installed (since Barnett wasn't the ones who originally installed the viper, they reserve that right). Greg was very understanding and helpful and told me to bring it in and assured me I would be "taken care of". I dropped it off on Monday morning. Adam called me later that afternoon and said that they couldn't find anything wrong, as it wasn't registering on the computer and they test drove it a few times, but couldn't duplicate the issue. He then said that they weren't comfortable giving it back yet and asked if they could keep it for another day to do more testing. I agreed. The following morning I called to ask Adam a few questions regarding the vehicle, as something had come to mind that may have been relevant. I also asked him to look at another issue that I forgot to add when I originally brought in the car. I felt bad for being a "pest", but he said "Of course not. That's why we're here; we're here to fix vehicles." Every time I have called or gone in for service work, everyone is polite, professional, helpful and knowledgeable, right down to the receptionist. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Jody More
