We recently purchased a new Murano from Tucker Carlson. The experience could not have been more pleasant. While we were looking at vehicles, it was difficult for my wife to make some of the choices. Tucker was very patient and helpful through the whole process. There was never any pressure. I would also comment that this dealers pricing was excellent. We live on the complete opposite side of town, but it was well worth the drive. The closing and documentation piece was handled by Jamie Groth. This was by far the best experience I’ve had from a finance perspective. She worked hard to find us the best possible rebates and loan options. She went over the optional warranty and protection plans, but once again there was no pressure. More
As all dealerships stories go, the first few visits will always be your best because that's when they're trying to wheel you in as a customer. Everything was great until service to my car weren't done correctly, oil changes started taking forever, dealership tactics to dig in my pockets were noticeably visible, etc... They even had the nerve to tell me I'm missing bolts on my oil pan right when I'm about to pay while expressing the urgency of those bolts. I was even advised to call the place I brought my car for my last service which was at this same Nissan twice in a row. I was lied to, taken advantage of, and screwed just like at every other service center. No E-Mail replies on my experience, no calls back, and I was even called a liar. Lesson learned as I'll never have a vehicle serviced at a dealership and I won't ever be going back to Nissan Luther Kia of Inver Grove. Good riddance. More
My wife and I bought a Used 2011 Camry less than a month ago, and 2 minor problems had to be addressed. A tire sensor was replaced and the wiper blades streaked, they were also replaced. Mike and Mary took great care of us, the were super friendly and attentive and didn't speak down to us. The service was fast, and we got two free car washes as well. Mike even reminded me to grab my cot as I was leaving, or I would have left my wallet, keys and phone at the dealership. I am very impressed, and would highly recommend the service at Luther Nissan Kia in INver Grove...Great Work FOlks!! More
From the people answering the phones to the service employees no one seemed to have the correct information. My vehicle was here almost 4 weeks and for majority of the time no one knew where my vehicle employees no one seemed to have the correct information. My vehicle was here almost 4 weeks and for majority of the time no one knew where my vehicle was nor the status of the service. On one occasion I tried to call for an update and was hung up on 4 times! I have all my routine maintenance done here but after this experience it makes me doubt my choice in this dealership. When I last called to check on its status, already knowing it had been sitting at the dealership for 3 days because I saw it and even retrieved something from it, My call was promptly sent to the service dept. The woman doubted my call and said " well are you sure you didn't get a voicemail or something?". Last time i checked it was your employees at the dealership that lacked skills in phone operation. If it wasn't for my persistent check ups on my own car it may very well had been springtime by the time it was returned to me. More

My experience here is always pleasant. The service call to the dealership was prompt...got me to service right away. When I got to service they immediately booked my oil change. When I arrived a bit earl to the dealership was prompt...got me to service right away. When I got to service they immediately booked my oil change. When I arrived a bit early they said no problem and got me in and out in 40 minutes.....and they cleaned up the little mess I was driving in all the slush. Came from 494 at 5:00PM with transmission slipping problems and within an hour I got a loaner and a promise that they would contact me next day with a evaluation of the problem and solution. I recieve problems and within an hour I got a loaner and a promise that they would contact me next day with a evaluation of the problem and solution.
