I wish there was a way to choose Outstanding. I have to say I had the best experience with these 3 guys. I first brought my car in to Luther Nissan thinking they would be able to fix my car, since they are the Nissan experts. While the customer service was not lacking, I was very unhappy that I paid thousands would be able to fix my car, since they are the Nissan experts. While the customer service was not lacking, I was very unhappy that I paid thousands of dollars to get something "fixed" and 3 days later my vehicle had the same issue. This resulted in me needing a tow back to the dealer. Six days later, my car was ready for pick-up again. The issue was fixed so I came to get my car and the door handle was broken off!! I was so upset but would not drive it off the lot without filing a report for the service manager. There is a plan in place to fix the door but the part that bothers me is why didn't anyone report breaking my door handle? This makes me lose trust in the dealer and if they truly did fix it this time, I will not be bringing my car back in the future. Side note, it was really hard to reach folks when I had to return a call. More
Had my new Rogue in for it's first oil change... I was greeted by a very friendly staff; I didn't see any oil leaks on the garage floor this morning so I assume the work was quality - plus they also was greeted by a very friendly staff; I didn't see any oil leaks on the garage floor this morning so I assume the work was quality - plus they also gave the Rogue a badly needed wash job to remove about a ton of road salt; the appointment was on time and I didn't have to wait long.... all and all it was a great experience.... I'll be back for my next oil change! More
We took our Kia in for warranty work. It had been snowing a lot and the car was a mess. Mike asked if we wanted it washed. We said yes but it wouldn't stay clean for long. Just jokingly I said, "well you could clean the inside if you like." Much to my surprise and delight when we picked up the car the inside mats were cleaned of snow and debris. This was above and beyond what we expected but it was very much appreciated. We have been very impressed with the quality of service we have received at Luther since we bought our 2012 Kia. Two visits to the dealer, one for a test drive, and another to purchase the vehicle. Both experiences were exceptional. Sales person was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in pointing out the many another to purchase the vehicle. Both experiences were exceptional.
