What initially brought me to Luther was the price of the used Optima KIA that I was looking to purchase for my son's first call. I inquired online and Dave Burns Jr. was a great help. Since I lived about 45 miles away I wanted to have my expectations set correctly on the condition of the car so he described the car in detail and even sent me a personalized video to watch. When I arrived at Luther I was met by Dave Jr. and he mentioned that his dad Dave Sr. would be helping me out. It was very smooth sales process and both Jr. & Sr. were very friendly and helpful. I planned on financing through my own credit union since I could get such a good rate, they asked if I would be open to other financing options if they could beat it and I said sure. They ended up beating it by .25%. When I got to the financing department everything was ready to sign and was completed in less than 10 minutes.
