This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Luther Nissan. The first was a new Kia and the pleasant experience brought me back while looking for a used 4x4. I was surprised to find a Ford Explorer that looked and drove like it was strait off the showroom floor and even had new tires and fully serviced. The best part was this vehicle was priced well below other simmilar SUVs I looked at and was in far better shape. The atmosphere was friendly with no pressure. I first came to this Kia dealership because I was in the market for a new car and the Kia Sorrento had caught my eye. Many of my family members usually go with Toyota vehicles and use a dealership in the so market for a new car and the Kia Sorrento had caught my eye. Many of my family members usually go with Toyota vehicles and use a dealership in the south metro that has always gave them great customer service for years. I wanted to try out this dealership because I noticed they had a large section and it was centrally located. I met one of the sales associates Mike Kelly when I walked in the door and I knew from the beginning that I was in great hands. He was a very genuine and patient person who really listened to what I wanted. I told him exactly what I wanted and he found the perfect match. He didn’t try to sell me something that was out of my price range and he was very knowledgeable about the car and my different options. He didn’t pressure me at all and a few days later I was back after a horrible experience at another dealership that had very different approach with high pressured sales. They didn’t really listen to what I wanted and didn’t have as good as customer service as Luther Nissan Kia. Mike Kelly is definitely a great asset to this dealership and I was beyond satisfied with his customer service. He was one of the main reason I came back because I was comfortable buying a car from him. Raul Tirado helped us out a lot with our financing. Before I came into the dealership I got approved from a credit union for an amazing rate and Luther Nissan Kia was able to beat them. I was shocked that they could give me a better deal because so many people have this perception that credit unions are the best for interest rates. Raul was all around a great person to work with and it was very clear that Raul had a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of the car business. He also listened to exactly what we wanted and found a comfortable payment that I could work with. He sold us a warranty and oil change plan that was an unbelievable deal. Even though we many questions he was very patient. He has unbelievable customer service skills and made me very comfortable with my decision. It’s very clear that he is a huge piece of the puzzle that makes Luther Nissan Kia a huge success. I would finance a car from him every time because he is honest and cares about the customer. He was great to work with and we really enjoyed the financing process. Even though we got an awesome deal on the car, warranty package and maintenance bundle, we also got excellent customer that exceeded our expectations from Mike Kelly and Raul Tirado. They really separated themselves from the rest. Its people like them that really make a great experience overall and give customers a comfort when they go buy a car. I could have got a car from anywhere but these two guys really were the icing on the cake why I chose not only this car but also this dealership. I will forever buy a car from this dealership and recommend it to friends and family. More
