Throughout the rest of the day (we were there for a while) we worked with Tom, Adam, and Raul, all who were exactly what we needed. Once we decided to buy it was a completely smooth process. They kept us in the loop on everything we needed to know. The thing that set this dealership a part from the rest was their ability to understand what we needed. There were times when my wife and I needed space and time to talk..they gave us exactly that. At other times we needed direction and help...they gave us exactly that. Mary Cerecedes took real good care of my first Kia, John Pellerzi the salesman of my second Kia, just asked what I was looking to purchase, and then he showed me the selections and let me make my choice. John is awesome, friendly, and very personable, and does not pressure anyone, he is low key and relaxed. Brian Nerka, the Business manager, worked well with the salesman, and is very friendly. There were no coercion by Brian to make additional additions, when I was satisfied whit my selection, he presented me with the paper work and it was sign and go. More

They had no problem letting us take the vehicle to our mechanic, and even fixed a few issues with it before we took it home, which we very much appreciated. There were a few errors in the paperwork, which were promptly fixed and didn't hold anything up. Ultimately, we love the vehicle and feel we got a GREAT deal! More

Excellent Customer Service :))) I've never been to a dealership that gave you all their attentions (whom work w/you).
