I needed to get my 2012 Kia Sorrento serviced prior to a long trip and to have a multipoint inspection done. I did not have an appointment but, Eric was able to get me in and out in about 35 minutes. Having browsed online at several dealers, I came upon 2 Nissan Sentras at a very good price with low mileage. I decided to stop at the Luther Nissan/Kia dealership the next day and was greeted by Craig Bri Nissan Sentras at a very good price with low mileage. I have been to Luther Nissan service department well over 12 times and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are excellent at taking care of their customer. They are not the cheapest when it comes to thei 12 times and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are excellent at taking care of their customer. If I had any complaint it would be that the dealership must be doing something right because they are running out of room in their exsisting facility and they really need to expand their operations.
