Great price on a used vehicle. Dealership was busy but the staff kept the process moving. The vehicle purchased was very clean, low mileage and perfect condition. the staff kept the process moving. The vehicle purchased was very clean, low mileage and perfect condition. More

The only other issue was because of the long wait for finance so late in the day we didn't finish our paper work until after the dealer closed. We were left out in the below freezing tempature to transfer our belongings from our old car to the new one. By the time we finished my husband and I both couldn't feel our hands. It was also dark and difficult to see that we didn't miss anything. Overall it was a good experience other than the above. More
I've purchased 3 Nissans from Luther Nissan Kia. I've had a great experience with buying all 3. And the service has been excellent. I've worked with Dave Ramy, JP Liesenfeld, and Mike Young on each o had a great experience with buying all 3. And the service has been excellent. I've worked with Dave Ramy, JP Liesenfeld, and Mike Young on each of these purchases. They are top shelf people. They respected my wishes and listened to what I wanted. I've also had great help from the service department, namely Scott and Gregg. I'd recommend this dealer to anyone (and have). More
Great dealership. I bought my car here and will only bring it to this dealership. I was in a car accident and state farm asked me to use one of their "preferred" dealers. Instead i drove 25 miles with a bring it to this dealership. I was in a car accident and state farm asked me to use one of their "preferred" dealers. Instead i drove 25 miles with a busted rim to Luther kia (i would not recommend you do the same). That's how much I trust these guys and it proved to be a smart decision. My tires were cheap and i got a discount on my oil change. I came back later for a mess in my car that proved to be an accidental spill (from a drink i left in my car while they were repairing) and they cleaned it right up. Great service great people, do business here. More

I have done business with this dealership several times in the past, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Everyone I worked with there were fun, freindly, and treated me with respect. Starting wit in the past, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Everyone I worked with there were fun, freindly, and treated me with respect. Starting with new car manager Mike Jung, he quoted me a price on the new car that made it tough to walk away from and was there throughout the process checking in with me and providing some good humor! Used car manager Rich Spah also went the extra mile and gave me a value for my trade that exceeded my expectations (and that of KBB). He is also a very freindly guy to work with and has always given me very fair trade value. Last but not least was my sales women Danielle Kiefer who coordinated everything. She was very pleasant to work with and her smile sure does put one at ease! These guys truly gave me the royal treatment, and at one point expected to see them roll out the red carpeting!! It was a pleasure doing business with them and they make what can be a stressful situation as pleasant an experience as one can hope for in buying a car. I will continue to do business with them and highly recommend them. More
Buying a new car can be a stressful experience. The difference between buying a car vs buying a home is that you WILL buy another car in your lifetime. You want to work with a dealer that you're willi difference between buying a car vs buying a home is that you WILL buy another car in your lifetime. You want to work with a dealer that you're willing to go back and work with again. This is the one! I visited this dealership to trade in my old car on a 2013 Nissan Altima. This is the second new car I bought from this dealership. My previous purchase, a 2005 Altima, is still running great (in use by my daughter). Everyone was very friendly, professional and thorough. Tom Hagmeier was pleasant and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this team of folks. They want to create life long customers and it shows! More
