Great service, very helpful I scheduled service online which was very easy. I liked that I received a text message reminder prior to the day of my appointment. When I arrived I I scheduled service online which was very easy. I liked that I received a text message reminder prior to the day of my appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by name which is always a nice touch. I had planned on waiting for the service to be completed but was informed it would take at least 2 hours. I hadn't arranged for a ride and when I informed my service manager he took care of setting me up with a loaner car. I was very grateful! More

Fixed an issue under warranty Went in because my airbag light was flashing (seatbelt issue covered under warranty). Nobody tried to upsell anything or offer additional things I did Went in because my airbag light was flashing (seatbelt issue covered under warranty). Oil drip tray About two weeks after my oil change I realized oil was dripping from my car. I had to call and bring my car back in to figure out what was wrong. Turned out that when they initially changed my oil they did a sloppy job and didn’t clean the drip tray. It was a simple job that should have been done correctly the first time. More
