I was sent a text message that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I sent a message right back saying I was in the waiting area. After waiting about 10 minutes and could see my vehicle waiting for me I asked theCathie for my receipt. They couldn't find one. Told me to find the person who checked me in. Sheesh! That was so very annoying. Why should I find the person? eventually I figured out who it was. Had to go back in the garage to have the receipt printed. I sure didn't feel anything very good about just buying a $32,000+ vehicle from there and getting lost for a simple oil change. This was 9:00 in the morning and they were not that busy. More
