2nd oil change tire rotation. I had an 11:30AM appointment and I had been told when I made the appointment that it would take an hour, but I pulled into the service area and then w I had an 11:30AM appointment and I had been told when I made the appointment that it would take an hour, but I pulled into the service area and then went over what I was supposed to have done. Once I signed my name, I was directed to the lounge area. My oil change and tire rotation was completed and the car washed all in exactly 1/2 hour.
