I've been in twice -- Once was called a liar We purchased a car from this dealership. the car had 4400 miles on it. We went back to have the mud flaps we ordered put on as well as had the batte We purchased a car from this dealership. the car had 4400 miles on it. We went back to have the mud flaps we ordered put on as well as had the batteries replaced in our key fobs (because it said they were low, which seems weird for a car with 4400 on it.. but whatever) and have the windshield wipers replaced. The wipers and the batteries were covered under the warranty and the mud flap installation was offered, at the time of purchase by the finance person, to be installed for free. The service guy, Nik, told my wife that they don't give free installs and that she was "trying to get something for free". He could have went to the finance guy and asked... instead he called her a liar. Once he did talk to the finance team and it was figured out that we were indeed promised free install. He seemed very angry about that, as if my wife was taking food from his babies. He then asked about other things we needed. When we mentioned the Key fob batteries and the windshield wipers his response was, "You're trying to get all sorts of things for free today." He then came back and mentioned that the requests for Fob batteries and Wipers are covered by our warranty. Never apologized for treating my wife so badly. He then said, "I'm not helping you, this guy will." And someone else came over. My wife said at some point she dealt with someone she thinks name was Alex... and he seemed nice. There are all sorts of reasons NOT to use this dealership for service or to buy a car. The car we purchased didn't come with a owners manual. We asked for a replacement. they said, "We'll get you one. You need one." 2 months later, no manual. When we purchased the car, they said it had 3300 miles on it. When we drove off the lot, after sitting there for 5 hours when we came in knowing which car we wanted, it actually had 4400 miles on it. No one bothered to check the odometer when we bought it and we didn't want to go back in and wait another ungodly amount of time for everything to be fixed. More

Usually when I go to a dealership, they look at me like I'm crazy because I know nothing about vehicles besides the basic services, however he broke everything down so I could understand. 2nd key and belt replacement, no problem! Colin, Meghan, and Mike did a great job. They let me know what was going on with my car and what needed to get done. Recall I scheduled my car for a recall Service but also had been told I needed an oil pan gasket at last appt 2-3 weeks prior. Was disappointed that I would I scheduled my car for a recall Service but also had been told I needed an oil pan gasket at last appt 2-3 weeks prior. Was disappointed that I would need to pay for another oil change with the gasket change. I asked why hadn’t I been told that at appt 2-3 weeks prior when I came for an oil change. So price quoted did not include price of oil change that I did not need. Also was told my tires needed rotating, this had not been mentioned at appt 2-3weeks prior. Now that my car is older and not under warranty, I think I am getting played a bit. Feel Tires Plus has been more up front with me and better prices than Dealer Service. Place is clean and has WiFi and people are nice but other than recalls may get my car serviced elsewhere. More
