Got a free car and came back next day to my completely fixed Altima. Reasonable charge, completely satisfactory solution. This is why I'm on my third Altima with this dealer. I had been hearing a scraping sound when I made a right turn and I asked if it could be my brakes. they checked my brakes and my front ones needed replacing. Tom and Greg were a big help and I was able to my coupons for the work I had done. I knew I needed tires but was not in my budget at this time and was told that Luther has a tire sale in November with very good prices. Always great customer service and friendly staff. More

I also mentioned that I wanted the Optima Rubber floor mats (set of 4) and would like to pick them up when I came in for the recall work. Jason placed the order for the mats, confirmed the price and said they would be in the day before my scheduled appointment. On the day of my appointment I was helped by Greg Isham. I asked if it was possible for them to install the new mats for me. They vacuumed the floors and then took out the old mats and put the new ones in for me. The service from all areas was excellent. More

Dealership is great, but the car is not so much.. The service is wonderful at this dealership. I was happy to work with Mike in the service dept. He was very professional and incredibly helpful. However, I have a Nissan Sentra SL 2013 and have had many problems with it. I am not happy with this make/model and will not purchase a Nissan again due to my overall experience with it. More

My 2013 Rogue needed an alignment, and the shield on the exhaust just needed to be re-welded in place. He listened to me and also changed the Oil and the Filter. I am very happy with Mike. He was a very tall, a larger man with a beard, I am not sure of his last name. If I recall he may have had my vehicle completed before noon, totally surprised and impressed. I also had a ride home and a ride back to the Luther Nissan Dealer by a man named James. James enlisted in the Marines and serves in the Reserves, he has 27 years of military service so that the employees at your business are able to live free and provide for their own families. James should be given recognition for his military service to the U S A. I respect both James and also Mike, respect is what you want from your customers. I also have purchased three new Nissan's from the Luther Nissan location. I will also add that your parts man named Matt, one week ago did also give me an estimate on four tires that would fit my Rogue. I had to go in another direction for my Rogue tires but Matt was very polite and helpful. I wanted to use your purchase 3 and get the next tire, but the selection was limited for what I wanted.
