Service My car broke down and I had it towed to Luther's in INVER GROVE HEIGHTS on Monday morning. I talked to Adam in the service dept. He greeted me with a smile, now remember this was Monday morning.lolololol. He was very professional and courteous, ask me a couple of question and the rest was taken care of. The best treatment I've had in a long time. Had a great cup of coffee, read the paper and the car was fixed. I then drove home totally satisfied. Thank You Adam!!!!!! More

What a breeze! I needed to have our Pathfinder oil changed same day and when I called to make an appointment, there was no available time slots; however, the schedul I needed to have our Pathfinder oil changed same day and when I called to make an appointment, there was no available time slots; however, the scheduler asked if I'm ok to wait for the service and I was ok so she has an opening for that open. When I got to the dealership, I was greeted promptly and got my car in to be serviced for the oil change. I didn't have to wait very long with my newborn baby so that was very nice! Wow! Nice job! My Kia was scheduled for a windshield replacement and had an issue with a horrible vibration noise. One of the service guys had the new windshield My Kia was scheduled for a windshield replacement and had an issue with a horrible vibration noise. One of the service guys had the new windshield ready to go and noticed an imperfection. He quickly ordered another one and did a great job! As far as the noise, after a very short ride-along by a mechanic saying, "that would drive me crazy", he assured me that he would find the cause. I picked my car up the same day and love my new quiet ride! The only thing that I'm sad about is I missed out on a Caribou! I didn't know you had it now! :) Thanks for a great job! More
