Adam Bistodeau is an awesome service advisor, he's right there greeting you and getting your vehicle in for service and remembers people and each vehicle they own, in my case he remember the other vehicle I there greeting you and getting your vehicle in for service and remembers people and each vehicle they own, in my case he remember the other vehicle I own. The competitive price match plus a $100 Luther gift card made this tire purchase a great deal. All staff were friendly and responsive. The only glitch was confusion on the part of service and parts personnel I talked to on the phone when setting up the service date. In addition to replacement of the tires, I also wanted to do replacement of a broken plastic cover over the rear wiper on my Sportage. The order writer over the phone took this to mean that I needed a new wiper. As a result the cover was not ordered and not in stock when I came in for the tire install. I will need to do a second trip. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. More
