Experience was less than great. Initially purchased a car that after getting it home and putting car seats in it, realized it wasn’t going to work for what I needed and didn’t have the features I wanted. Con that after getting it home and putting car seats in it, realized it wasn’t going to work for what I needed and didn’t have the features I wanted. Contacted Paul and said I wanted to look at a different vehicle. My dad was helping me with this purchase and went to talk to Paul and look at the other vehicle until I could leave work and get there. During his conversation with my father he shared he would be losing commission if I took a different car. I honestly feel that was inappropriate. It did however show in his attitude and actions. He was very hurried when completing the paperwork and letting me drive the car. He didn’t explain the sticker to me, the features nor did he discuss the service report that came with the car. He didn’t point out the very large and deep scratch or the dent that was directly near the scratch. Both of which aren’t just minor. He also didn’t alert me to the smell that was emitted when using the air conditioning. I met with the finance person and while filling out the paperwork/going over the price of the vehicle, I questioned the need for the extra protection for the leather on the seats. This was something that had been added to the previous car due to it having cloth seats. Steven stated he had not spoken to my dad about keeping this with the new vehicle. He stated, “It was on there for the other vehicle, I assumed be knew that and was fine with it. “ He appeared irritated when I informed him I was going to call my dad and ask him. Just overall not a positive experience. It felt like I was more of a pain for them to deal with than a paying customer. More

We appreciate the promptness of Mr. Miller coming to help us when we first drove in. They had a great price and deal for the Audi Q5 we were looking for. Even our local dealers could not come near it.
