I have experienced better customer service and friendly involvement (service for my other cars). Conversations were just rigid and it seemed like taking advantage of brand name. Service was great and car wash is always nice. I wasn't happy to see an approximately $180 service charge just to cold-start check for engine tapping noise, that ended up being "fine".
